At Monkeytailz, every piece of jewelry is handmade with care. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Fort Collins, Colorado.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we'll contact you with an update.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are generally shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, unless otherwise requested.

Estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and USPS service conditions.

Please allow approximately 3–8 business days for processing and delivery combined.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside our control.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
